All custom apparel orders are final sale once the mock-up has been approved.

Return & Refund Policy – We Stylish U

Thank you for shopping with WeStylishU. Each item is made with care, especially our custom apparel products. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Custom Orders

Because all custom apparel items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders once production has started.

Custom items include, but are not limited to:

  • Custom t-shirts

  • Custom hoodies

  • Custom sweatshirts

  • Custom hats

  • Any apparel with personalized designs, names, or graphics

Customers will receive a mock-up for approval before production begins. Once the mock-up is approved, the order will proceed to production and cannot be canceled or modified.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request assistance, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once the issue is confirmed, we will gladly replace the item or provide a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer

  • Change of mind after production has started

  • Custom designs approved by the customer before production

  • Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier (UPS, Canada Post, etc.).

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check with neighbors, household members, or building management. We will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier if necessary.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. WeStylishU is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
