Shipping policy

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, We Stylish U is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to check with neighbors, household members, or building management.

We will gladly assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier when necessary.

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing their order.
We Stylish U is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier (UPS, Canada Post, etc.), delivery responsibility is transferred to the carrier.

If any issue occurs during delivery, the carrier will conduct an investigation to determine the outcome.
